Milano 10 (AIIMF)

Since 1987 IsFel has organized 10 trainings and will probably start a new one in 2024. The director is Mara Della Pergola, who was trained by dr. Feldenkrais in Amherst. She is one of the most experienced trainers in Europe, author of the book Lo sguardo in movimento. Arte, trasformazione e metodo Feldenkrais. The team includes teachers trained by dr. Feldenkrais. 

Format: 5 yearly segments of 5/6 days in Milano and 12 days in Asiago in July. Work in small groups between segments, apprenticeship, individual coaching and supervision.
