Prague International Feldenkrais® Teacher Training

The training leads to a deep understanding of the principles of the Feldenkrais method. The learning process is full of fundamental discoveries and brilliantly presented theory. The aim is for students to experience, understand in depth and master at the highest level the key practices of the method and Dr. Feldenkrais' ways of thinking so that they creatively develop and spread them not only in their future practice, but in all situations in life. It is conducted so that organic learning takes root in the participants as their own inner quality and they begin to apply it naturally, spontaneously, with relish and grace.

We open the opportunity to study with remarkable personalities of the world's most prominent trainers, whose qualities you will have a chance to observe and absorb repeatedly. Arlyn Zones and Elizabeth Beringer are direct students of Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais. Anna Maria Caponecchi, Scott Clark, Martin Mosimann have been conducting their own trainings for many years, Anastasi Siotas stands out for his broad scientific background. Arlyn Zones and Anna Maria Caponecchi, with their clear, open and welcoming approach, awaken in students curiosity, the desire to recognize and grasp what learning has to offer, the courage to verify and creatively develop their knowledge. They guide the process of their students' development with interest, discovering their strengths and talents as well as their obstacles and difficulties, encouraging their search, transformation and learning. They have selected their team of tutors to guide students to a high level of skill while stimulating their creativity.

The main part of the education takes place in Prague, in the beautiful Druna hall, located near the river Vltava in the historical center of the city, surrounded by parks, churches and streets with a local lively atmosphere.
