Palermo 4 (AIIMF)

Becoming a practitioner is to go through a process of learning and personal transformation, retracing the development milestones from the newborn to upright standing.

The training will lead the student to increase and refine his sensitivity of observing his own movement patterns as well as those of others and to acquire skills and tools to improve his knowledge and awareness of his own bodily Self, enhancing the use of the musculoskeletal system to develop and expand his unexpressed potential.

After the first 80 days, trainees will receive the Authorization to teach group classes, so called “Awareness Through Movement” (ATM®).

Once completed the Program, trainees will receive a Certificate as Feldenkrais Method® Practitioner and will be authorized to lead  Individual Lessons, so called “Functional Integrations” (FI®).

The Training Program consists of 160 days. There are 40 days in each training year. Each day is structured in 5 hours of practical and theoretical lessons.

The course is taught in English with Italian translation and follows the International Training Accreditation Guidelines. It is authorized by AIIMF (Associazione Italiana Insegnanti Metodo Feldenkrais®) as well as EuroTAB (European Feldenkrais Training Accreditation Board).
