The Spanish capital seamlessly melds historical grandeur with contemporary vitality. Its tapestry includes historic landmarks, renowned museums, theaters, and an array of dining establishments, ranging from traditional taverns to cutting-edge Michelin-starred restaurants. Madrid further offers respite in its beautiful parks and gardens.

What truly sets Madrid apart is the warm and welcoming nature of its inhabitants, the Madrilenians, whose infectious cheerfulness will swiftly make you feel right at home.

The location of our Feldenkrais training programs in Madrid is located only a few metro stops away from the city center in a calm neighborhood called Carabanchel. There are shops, restaurants and parks in walking distance and the city’s infrastructure makes it easy to reach the training by metro, bus or car.

Our training program draws participants from diverse countries, with instruction conducted in English with Spanish translation by the renowned educational director, Mara Fusero and her team. Mara is globally recognized for her accessible teaching style, characterized by clarity and openness, offering unwavering support to all learners.

Each training year consists of 40 class days divided into modules. 75% of the classes are in-person and conveniently 25% of the classes will be conducted online through Zoom.

In this training program, as in all our training programs, we offer the following benefits:

• Repeat Online Segments a Second Time In-Person for Free: Revisit online segments in person at no extra cost; pay once, attend twice.
• Missed training days or segments can be easily made up in our trainings in Barcelona, Lisbon or Stockholm, in our sister trainings in Brazil, Chile, Italy or Poland, or in the next Madrid program starting in 2028.
• Comprehensive Audio Recording Included: Your training program includes a full audio recording to enrich your learning experience.
• Video Recordings: You can get access to the video recordings of all hands-on training sessions.
• Upon completing two of the four training years you can earn the “Teacher-In-Training Certificate”. This certificate entitles you to teach ATM classes to the public, promote your work, and share your expertise.
• In our educational programs, you’ll start learning Functional Integration (FI) from the beginning, setting you on the path to becoming an expert in this hands-on practice.
