The Cantal Feldenkrais Center is situated in the French town of Aurillac, in the heart of the ‘Pays des Volcans’ (Land of Volcanoes), Auvergne. Far from urban hecticness, the center is surrounded by rocky mountains, meandering valleys, and a peaceful countryside... a real oasis.   

Our training program features in-depth summer segments and shorter intensive winter or spring sessions. The 2 and 4-week segments allow for a learning process that combines retreat-style study with the energy of a diverse international community. The training is also complemented by a rich program of regular classes, workshops, and advanced training sessions.

The program is primarily conducted in English while simultaneously translated into French. This training also appeals to a global audience thanks to the additional languages spoken by our international team (Danish, Flemish, Spanish, German, Italian, Norwegian). Beyond the cultural diversity of its members, our team is also defined by a wide range of professional experiences in the arts and academia, from sociology or cinematography to neurosciences and performing arts. This diversity allows us to meet students who come from all walks of life and with a vide variety of professional background.
