The Feldenkrais Training Program Innsbruck offers you a well-founded internationally recognised training as a Feldenkrais® teacher in a stimulating environment. We promote somatic learning processes, the discovery of personal resources and their transfer into everyday life.

The pedagogical director, Dr. med. Ingrid Wilczek, is distinguished by over 40 years of experience in teaching the Feldenkrais Method.  
She combines theoretical and practical aspects of the method with her knowledge of medicine and current neuroscience. In an easily understandable way she leads the student through complex interrelationships to directly experienceable knowledge, thinking and action.  

The training is accredited by the European Training Accreditation Board (Euro TAB) and recognised worldwide by all Feldenkrais® Associations under the umbrella organisation of the International Feldenkrais Federation (IFF). The training is primarily intended as a method-specific basic training in the Feldenkrais® Method.

The practice of the Feldenkrais® Method and the use of the protected word marks vary from country to country and may be linked to membership of a professional association.
The training programme is offered according to internationally agreed guidelines and is thus valid for all international FK bodies (Feldenkrais® Verband-Österreich, SFV, Schweizer Feldenkrais® Verband, Feldenkrais® Verband Deutschland, FVD, D-TAB, Euro-TAB, NaTAB, etc.).
