Are you thinking about becoming a Feldenkrais Practitioner? It’s a big decision and a real commitment.

I’ve yet to meet a Feldenkrais Practitioner who doesn’t speak about the training as an important part of their life. To be offered true education, finding new ways to think and act, viewing life from a completely different angle, is a rare thing for adults.

You don’t need a massive amount of Feldenkrais experience to do the training, nor any particular qualifications or background. You don’t even have to have concrete plans to become a practitioner. You do need some connection to the work, whether intellectual or experiential – and a willingness to learn, and a good bit of bravery.
