This professional training prepares you to become a skilled Feldenkrais Method practitioner—with competence in hands-on practice and a clear understanding of the principles behind the work. Grounded in the original teachings of Moshe Feldenkrais, the program builds confidence, sensitivity, and professional skill in a supportive learning environment.

What you’ll learn and practice

• Awareness Through Movement® (ATM): experiential learning, lesson structure, and guided teaching practice
• Functional Integration® (FI): hands-on work introduced early and developed step by step
• Demonstrations, supervised partner/triad practice, discussion, and feedback
• Video study and analysis of Moshe’s work (incl. Amherst / San Francisco / Alexander Yanai material)

By the end, you’ll be equipped to create ethical, effective learning experiences for a wide range of people—ready to enter the profession with clarity and real-world competence.
