Our training prepares you to apply the Feldenkrais Method, as well as to understand and teach its underlying principles and concepts. Our curriculum follows a process-orientated approach which combines self-awareness, the learning of practical skills and intellectual exploration. An international team of highly experienced trainers design diverse learning environments, allowing you to grow, develop, explore and communicate at your own pace.

We support our trainees to form study groups and will offer learning activities between segments such as review days, supervisions, individual lessons and lectures. Our trainees have full access to audio and video recordings of movement lessons, practical demonstrations, individual lessons, presentations and lectures from the entire training program.

Our training program is aimed at a wide range of adults from different backgrounds. Whether you want to pursue a career as a Feldenkrais Practitioner, integrate the Feldenkrais Method into your professional life or simply expand your competencies - here you have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a learning process that will make a lasting difference to your life. The training also offers an option to become a certified Swiss complementary therapist as a practitioner of the Feldenkrais Method.

The training takes place at a centrally located venue in Zurich City, offering spacious premises, lounges, and a terrace, located within a short distance to the lake.

The training is taught in German language.
