I/We herewith agree to be bound by the FELDENKRAIS® INTERNATIONAL TRAINING ACCREDITATION GUIDELINES in regard to fulfilling the obligations and paying the required fees as listed in Nos. 17 and 18 "the GUIDELINES".

By not paying these fees or by not fulfilling these obligations I/We understand that future accreditations may be jeopardised.
